The Recruitment Process
To become a member of NJC, every candidate must successfully complete each phase of the process described below. Each candidate will be evaluated by their performance in each phase. As so, we advise you to be prepared to talk about yourself, your interests and experiences, but also to solve the problems presented by the interviewers while showing critical and analytical thinking.
The Bachelors Process
Fill out our Form
Each candidate should fill out and submit a form, made available during the recruitment process.
Step 1
Group Dynamics
Candidates will be divided into teams to discuss and present a case study to a panel of NJC members.
Step 2
Interview
Each candidate will have a final case interview with 2 NJC members.
Step 3
Motivational Assessment
Each candidate will have a talk with the President or VP.
Step 4
The Masters Process
Fill out our Form
Each candidate should fill out a form by uploading their CV and Cover Letter.
